TxRail-USB is an ultra slimline DIN rail mount temperature transmitter or signal converter. It can accept a wide range of industrial signals and is fully configurable via built-in USB port. Software from Novus is free and simple to use.
Terminal blocks are removable for ease of wiring and fast installation.
Typical Applications:
- Thermocouple temperature sensor input to 4-20mA for longer transmission distance
- PT100 temperature sensor input to 4-20mA/0-10V for compatibility with standard PLC Analogue Input
- Control of Variable Speed Drives depending on the temperature input. Linear speed control
- Measurement of load cells with 0-100mV output converted to a standard analogue signal
It allows selection and configuration of input type, measurement range, output type and calibration. The output can be set to either loop powered 4-20mA or 0-10V.
Highly accurate and user-friendly, the TxRail-USB performs well from simple to sophisticated measurement applications.
