Help Setting Up Your Novus Automation Device
The majority of information required for initial setup of a device can be found in the product Quick Start Guide which comes within the packaging.
With a combination of the Quick Start Guide and the Product Manual it is possible to resolve the majority of queries. We always recommend reading the full Product Manual.
Some customers prefer their device to be preconfigured which is a service we offer at additional cost.
Many devices can be programmed and commissioned with additional software such as QuickTune. This allows parameters to be sent via Configuration Report or Configuration File (.qtc). We have a library of examples available on request. There are also numerous resources available from the manufacturer website.

We will be your main point of contact but our relationship with Novus Automation gives us direct access to the manufacturer for any queries that may arise. Novus have a comprehensive website which features all of their current products. From here it is also possible to download datasheets, manuals and certification:
