One of the main advantages of sourcing branded products is the manufacturer support and warranty backup. Unbranded parts may offer attractive initial pricing but sooner or later these parts will fail. The cost of failure can be measured not just in terms of direct replacement parts but in downtime, additional engineering and administration costs.
We work with manufacturers like Novus Automation and Ageon who offer a 2-3 year warranty on the majority of their product lines. This means they have confidence in their reliability and the end user can be assured they will be supported throughout the product lifecycle.
How To Process Warranty
In the first instance please contact us as we may be able to support you in rectifying the issue. We may also have equipment available to get your process back up and running while the warranty is processed.
We may ask you to return the faulty part to allow further investigation. Once the manufacturer has approved the warranty claim we will issue you with a replacement.
If you are unhappy with the resolution we will work with the manufacturer to ensure you are completely satisfied with the outcome.
Our warranty claims run at under 0.5% of the products sold and at the time of writing we have not had a single warranty claim rejected by a manufacturer. So overall it's unlikely you will need it but rest assured the warranty is there to protect your investment.
