Compact and versatile PID controller for single loop applications. N1030T (timer model) allows the process to run for an adjustable time period and switch off automatically. This is a single stage program, one setpoint and one heat/cool duration.
We also offer pre-programming and a wiring kit as optional extras.

Q. How long is the Ceramic Probe supplied?
A. We stock 50mm, 100mm and 200mm probes. The 100mm and 200mm probes are the most popular sizes for larger kilns and the 50mm suits benchtop applications but please check the thickness of your fire brick/insulation and contact us if you are unsure. We will contact you prior to shipping to confirm the length you require
Q. What does the wiring kit contain?
A. We prewire 2M of cable with markers/idents. This can be trimmed down to suit but will make connection a simple process
Q. What is the pre-programming option?
A. We can supply the controller ready to use with your own parameters preinstalled. We recommend this where a number of different Ramp and Soak programs may be required. We contact you prior to shipping to discuss the required profile
Q. Can this be used with a Kiln Sitter?
A. Yes, it is possible to completely replace the Kiln Sitter control or use in conjunction with a cone to act as a backup high temperature shut off
Q. What is the difference between the Multistage Kit and the Kiln Upgrade Kit?
A. The Multistage Kit contains the N1050 controller which will allow multiple Ramp & Soak profiles to be stored and recalled. The N1030T operates on a single manual setpoint and is only capable of running for one adjustable time period. For example heat to 500C and hold for one hour then turn off.
