Economical machine monitoring for Overall Equiment Effectiveness (OEE). DigiRail OEE utilises existing network infrastructure to provide data acquisition and logging. This can be achieved using WiFi or LAN networks.

The module contains 6 digital inputs which can be individually configured to monitor state (On/Off) or to act as counters. There are also two analogue inputs and two digital outputs.

Initial configuration in Novus NXperience is an extremely quick process. With a small amount of interface wiring the module can begin gathering data in minutes. This can be passed via MQTT to Novus Cloud or similar services. It is also possible to send data to existing PLC/SCADA systems using the Modbus TCP protocol.
